    You will receive the exhibition floorplan after submitting your booking. The allocation of booths will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Confirmation and cancellation policy

    Full payment must be made prior to the conference.
    - Cancellation received more than 60 days prior to the first day of conference: 50% of the total fees as cancellation penalty.
    - Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to the first day of conference: 100% of the total fees as cancellation penalty.
    Cancellation must be made in writing to sponsor@iswavld2021.org

    COVID-19 situation
    We cannot ignore the current health situation which could force us to postpone the Symposium to a later date. Know now that the Organizing Committee of the Symposium and the Board of the WAVLD have decided to postpone the Symposium by 2 years, i.e. in June 2023 if the situation related to COVID-19 forbids us to hold the symposium in June 2021. This decision to postpone the symposium or not will be taken next December 2020. Thus, if you wish to accompany us for the ISWAVLD 2021,  your participation will be as a priority and automatically postponed to the symposium which will be held in Lyon in 2023.
